Dosages
A dose of 1.25 to 2.5 U (volume from 0.05 mL to 0.1 mL at each location) is advised for blepharospasm, and in patients with diplegia, a dose of 6 U/kg is advised. The most dose that can be given to a patient at once is 200 U. Glabellar wrinkles are frequently treated with 20U injections, but the dosage varies depending on the clients presentation.
Effects
